In Italy, we specialise in placing dental implants using the immediate loading technique.
This technique allows us to place titanium pins and, in the same session, to place a fixed hybrid resin prosthesis with a reinforced metal bar.
In this way, the patient will not face a long period of time between implantation and crown placement.
Implants are placed on Thursday morning accompanied by sedation if required, and on Friday morning the prosthesis is screwed into the patient’s mouth.
For immediate loading to take place, certain conditions are necessary.
Thanks to the computer-based planning of the entire procedure, the computer-assisted implantology allows you to puncture the gum and bone without opening any flap.

Dr. Emilio Cecamore graduated with merit from the University of Genoa (Italy) in 2012. In 2016 he completed a three year Master’s Degree (MSc) in Oral Surgery at the University of Milan, Italy. During his MSc training, he worked at the Instituto Stomatologico Italiano, which is one of the most prestigious dental hospitals in Europe. Emilio has extensive experience in Oral Surgery and Implantology ranging from straightforward dental implant placement to a full arch rehabilitation with immediate loading, sinus lift and bone grafting. Emilio likes to keep abreast of new innovative treatments by attending conferences and courses to support his continuous professional development . The initial consultation is offered at no charge. However, in light of the substantial volume of requests we receive on a daily basis, we require a £50.00 deposit to secure a reservation.
- Should you choose to proceed with the proposed treatment plan, the £50.00 deposit will be deducted from the total cost.
- In the event that you opt not to proceed with our services but still desire access to the X-rays, the deposit will be retained. Otherwise, we will promptly refund the deposit to the patient.
During your first visit you will be visited by Doctor Fincato or Doctor Cecamore and you will have your cone beam CT, intraoral scans and intraoral pictures taken so that the team will be able to give you a treatment plan for your specific case.
